TSS Inc. Warrants its products to be free from defect in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of one year beginning the day the product is shipped from TSS Inc. factory.
TSS Inc. liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of material found to be defective within the warranty period. The purchaser must notify TSS Inc. immediately when a defect is found, the notification should take place in writing using one of the following means, US postal service, email to an authorized TSS Inc. personal followed by a phone call to guarantee the recipient of the email, or fax. The notification shall include TSS Inc. invoice number when the product was purchased and detail description of the defect.
TSS Inc. shall have the option of requiring the return of defective product for inspection. Neither labor nor transportation charges are included in this warranty.
Transportation damage claims are to be submitted with the carrier or transportation company and not part of TSS Inc. warranty.
This warranty is based upon the proper care and maintenance of the warranted products, alteration or modification in any way that is not part of the standard installation or usage automatically voids this Warranty.
This warranty does not cover any misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, neglect, accident, third party damage, routine maintenance component, or normal wear and tear.
All TSS Inc. products and fixtures should be installed in accordance with local state and city safety, zoning, electrical and structural requirements.
TSS Inc. shall not be liable for damages of any kind in connection with the purchase, maintenance, or use of the products including the loss of profits and all claims for consequential damages.
This warranty expressed herein is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied by any person works for TSS Inc. or claimant to speak on its behalf.
