Limited Factory Warranty
TSS warrants its products to be free from defect in craftsmanship under normal use for a period of one year. This entails replacing any failed components of the product with new components, it does not cover complete product replacement. All claims must be supported with pictures and adequate documentation. The warranty is non-transferable and the buyer is responsible for labor costs. If the buyer wishes for TSS to make the repairs the buyer is responsible for outbound and inbound shipping. This warranty does not apply to any TSS products that have been modified in the field, damage by a third party or acts of god.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping damage: Purchaser must inspect shipment upon arrival, lost or damaged products is the responsibility of the carrier. Inspect package contents immediately for count, breakage and operation. Carrier and manufacturers insurance will not consider any claim 24 hours after receiving shipment.
Please call us to find the current lead time on our products. Specific ship dates must be confirmed with a sales rep. If a design proof is required production of the entire order does not begin until design is approved.
Returns & Replacements
TSS Signs are custom made per order, we may be able to return certain items or components which are widely used. A 20% restocking fee will apply to these items. Return authorization is required and customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
