Shipping damage: Purchaser must inspect shipment upon arrival, lost or damaged products is the responsibility of the carrier. Inspect package contents immediately for count, breakage and operation. Carrier and manufacturers insurance will not consider any claim 24 hours after receiving shipment.
Please call us to find the current lead time on our products. Specific ship dates must be confirmed with a sales rep. If a design proof is required production of the entire order does not begin until design is approved.
